"The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It was wonderful to have the option to shower and sleep before my next flight. The staff were helpful in providing instructions and assistance in finding my gate. "

"The hotel is beautiful with stunning surroundings and overall I had a great experience. Staff were friendly and service was good. However, breakfast could be improved — there was no information on how to order items like eggs, or what drinks/coffee options were available, and staff didn’t ask if I had requests. It was also disappointing that no dining discount was offered for guests, and this wasn’t mentioned at check-in. I also had to wait about 30–45 minutes for my room to be ready on arrival.
Despite these points, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel for its atmosphere and setting.
