Nossa experiência foi simplesmente impecável! A pousada é encantadora, extremamente bem cuidada e com tudo muito limpo, organizado e conservado. Cada detalhe demonstra o carinho e a dedicação com que o lugar é mantido, tornando a estadia ainda mais aconchegante. O atendimento merece um destaque especial. Todos os colaboradores foram muito atenciosos e receptivos, mas deixo um agradecimento especial ao Matheus, que nos recebeu com muita simpatia desde a chegada e, no nosso último dia, fez questão de nos atender novamente com a mesma cordialidade e atenção. Pessoas assim fazem toda a diferença na experiência. Saímos com a certeza de que fizemos a escolha certa. Um lugar lindo, acolhedor e que transmite paz em cada cantinho. Sem dúvida, quando voltarmos a Monte Verde, será nossa primeira opção de hospedagem. Recomendo de olhos fechados!

A pousada tem uma ótima localização, perto do centro. Café da manhã básico e honesto. Limpeza poderia ser melhor, lugar velho com mínimo conforto. Funcionários simpáticos. Valor cobrado não condiz com o que oferece, instalações antigas e decoração ultrapassada. Merece uma boa reforma e modernização.
