"Service at your hotel is what stood out the most 💐 Giselle was able to check me in early (since the room was available) she recommended and booked a wonderful mud bath and massage session (with Anna) … BOTH experiences exceeded my expectations!! Clean, efficient and SUPER relaxing which is why people are there ! Your pool and jacuzzis were amazing - perfect temperature!! Overall one of the best experiences ever; I felt more like visiting friends not just another guest. GREAT ROOM TOO !! Can’t wait to be back 💖💖"

"It was fine, the instand coffee machine in lobby was great. Middle of the hotel hang out are left room for more to be desired. Location was good. Had issues with hot water in shower and then couldnt call down before my phone didnt work. "

"Goodmlocation but more attention should be added to secure back entrances from people who come off the street to use restroom near Cottage 3. Shower water was usually warm but never hot. Breakfast was delicious but more variety would be nice. Parking and am walking access to restaurants and shopping was excellent. It was also a nice touch to receive a handwritten greeting note with coupons."
