"Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately disappointing from start to finish. We arrived approximately 2 to 3 hours after the listed earliest check in time, yet our reserved room was still unavailable. Instead of honoring the room we booked, we were placed into a lesser room while still being charged the same rate. No discount, refund, or accommodation was offered for the inconvenience, which was frustrating considering we had planned our arrival around the hotel’s stated check in time. Once we were in the room, another major issue became apparent: there was no reliable hot or even warm water during our stay. After long days out, not being able to take a proper shower was extremely inconvenient and made the stay far less comfortable than expected. We also specifically requested that housekeeping not service our room and placed a Do Not Disturb sign on the door before leaving. When we returned, the Do Not Disturb sign was still hanging on the door, but housekeeping had entered and cleaned the room anyway, completely disregarding both our verbal request and the clearly displayed sign. This felt like a serious violation of privacy and made us uncomfortable for the remainder of our stay. Overall, the experience lacked the basic level of service, communication, and respect for guest requests that we expect when staying at a hotel. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we would not choose to stay here again."

"The staff were great except for the man who registered us. I was told I could check in by 1 instead of 3, but when I got there, the man at the desk said no rooms would be ready before 3. I went back to my car to wait with my disabled husband and dog. I went back in at 2:40 and he was registering people. A rocky start. The room was good, but the pool and hot tub were dirty. Breakfast was good, the bartenders were wonderful."

"Pros: Good location, nice views of city, friendly staff, free (but limited) parking. Needs improvement: Dated property; TV didn't work in room, but a maintenance person came up within 10 minutes to fix it; restaurant has great views, but the staff was not all that attentive, and the breakfast, while convenient, was not a great value for the money."
