Moldy caulk, sink moldy, slow drain, smells of mold. TV good, sheets clean. Entry to building disgraceful. Unsavory characters about. Garbage and cig butts litter outside. Dirty window. Terrible place to stay. Front counter dirty. One elevator out of service. Filthy elevator. "
