"The studio apartment was adequate for 3 women travelling together. It is located one block away from the 24-hour street. Everything was very clean, including the pool on the rooftop, although it was a little bit chilly to use it. Communication was not good. On our last day we found out about the extra mattress disguised behind the bed; one of us slept in the sofa. We had a hard time to figure out how to open the door; we called a couple of times and got immediate answer, but it was hard to...

"The apartment is in a very secure building, everything is thoughtful and well maintained, secure and safe. Check-in was seamless, the management team is great. It's a very convenient location to walk around, all the touristy happening restaurants and places are nearby. The bed is comfortable, it's a great place to stay overall."

Any questions are quickly replied to via WhatsApp. The pool is small on the rooftop but achieves what it needs to allowing a cool down after a day of walking and giving beautiful views across Palermo Soho. Worst part is i ordered a private room but had to go outside in the closed courtyard down the hall to rhe bsthroom in 40 degree weather at night.
