"Hotel is rated at 4*, but would rate it at no more than 3. Location is 4* stars. The building seems like it’s been renovated and it looks modern. However, our biggest issue with the property, and the room we had, was the air conditioning was almost completely ineffective. The room was extremely small for 3 people, beds and pillows were uncomfortable, the bathroom floor was leaking something that appeared like toilet water. When we complained the staff tried hard to please all the guests....

"Although the property says parking is available, it’s only general public street parking. You have to circle many times to find a spot. There is no specific parking for hote guests. Also, the pool is not open to children, and this is not mentioned on the website. The rooms were bare and super basic, and much closer to 3 stars than 4. Had I known these things, I would have booked elsewhere. The staff was very kind and the restaurant location (facing the beach) were great."

"Another lovely holiday catching up with old friends & making new friends, the hotel is spotless lovely & clean the staff are fantastic, it’s a shame the food has taken a bit of a nose dive the food is not as good as it has been in other yrs, they used to cook fish & meat lunch & evening now they have been cooking either meat or fish on the chef grill! I will be going back later in the yr"
