"While the location and actual space was what we were looking for the communication with host was the worst we have experienced. There was a terrible water leak in one of the bathrooms that made it unusable. We messaged the host everyday we were there explaining what was happening and that it was getting worse everyday, we never had a response. "Absolutely loved this hotel and the staff was amazingly accommodating! They were very helpful in answering all of our questions via messaging through the Expedia app prior to our stay. During our stay they were so welcoming. They also helped to arrange transportation to the Barcelona airport upon our departure & even packed us a picnic breakfast since we had to leave before breakfast service began. The views from our room and from the hotel pool were absolutely beautiful. The loungers by the pool are super comfortable. And everything is nearby. There are a ton of places to eat within steps of the property. The castle is also an easy walk. Hands down if we ever make it to Tossa de Mar again, I will absolutely stay here again. It was perfect! I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel!!!"
