"The microwave was too dirty. The place smells like indian food and it makes our clothes smell like food. There are charges if we dont bring the trash bags outside. So we have to bring it with us in the car and throw it somewhere else. There is no temperature control which makes us really cold the entire stay. "

"Lovely three-bedroom townhome equipped with all the essentials. Comfort level is adequate for a long or short stay but could be improved (Bed could be softer) . Communication was functional but felt somewhat impersonal. Be aware: guests must dispose of their own garbage at public facilities to dodge extra fees. I was a bit annoyed loading up garbage in my car to dispose of it. That said, I could’ve opted to pay the $15 per bag which I just felt as a matter of principle I was wrong....

"Almost froze to death in the cold. No one answered the doorbell when I arrived at 9PM. The place is in a boring and bleak parking lot near the airport. Super disappointing. "

"It is a private house. Very very hard to locate in the middle of cold night with not even a single light. Bed is worst than ikea. Switches are non existent. Wifi is very spotty and slow. "

"Nice room, friendly staff, easy shuttle. Our only complaint is how noisy the bar/dining room is. Loud pounding rock music does not facilitate relaxation after a day of travelling."

"Only stayed one night and I found the hotel staff to be friendly and polite. Room was comfortable and clean. The free WiFi was easy to access and worked well. Although it did not bother me, I did hear the airplanes from the airport operating late at night. "
