I thought my room was amaaaazing! I’ve never had a room like that before. The view was great too. Plus it was up graded too, for free. I loved the bathroom too. Next time I will stay longer. I could probably just stay in that room for days and not leave.

This is my 4th time staying at this place. This is my favourite place to stay in Toronto. The rooms are spotless, and I really like the private parking. The bar and restaurant are both excellent. The staff are warm, friendly, and always go the extra mile to make sure you’re well taken care of. The ventilation is also great, so the rooms feel fresh and comfortable even the next day.

The staff is fantastic. The hotel itself however, is old. Damage on the walls and doors is visible. The elevators are quirky, the toilets temperamental and the walls thin. There is no soundproofing between rooms. The gym needs an overhaul. I did love the full service restaurant and lounge and there are many dining options in the area.
