No geral foi muito bom, só tivemos problemas com a porta do banheiro que não fechava pois estava empenada, e ao entrar no flat tinha farelos de pães no chão da cozinha, ficamos no bloco C apto 305. No mais não temos o que reclamar.

Minha estadia no geral foi tranquila e como eu viajei com minha família (2 crianças - uma de 5 anos e outra de 1 ano) alguns pequenos detalhes poderiam ser observados e corrigidos pelo hotel. O fogão disponível não funcionava, não havia controle remoto da televisão e o ar condicionado muito barulhento.

Bom custo benefício, mas serviço ruim

Reservamos dois quartos, por 2 e 4 noites. O que é bom: você fica num lugar tranquilo (afastado do centro de Caldas Novas), bom para família (especialmente com crianças), e tem acesso aos parques aquáticos Clube Náutico e às piscinas do Marina Flat (ambos ficam bem ao lado). No Marina Flat é servido o café da manhã, com variedade boa (ovos mexidos, diferentes tipos de pães, bolos, pão de queijo, 2 ou 3 tipos de frutas, café, leite, 3 variedades de sucos). Na terças-feira, diminuiram a variedade, imagino em função da redução do número de hóspedes. As piscinas do Marina Flat são boas, algumas mais quentes, outras mais frias, algumas bem rasas para crianças. Há um bar na área da piscina, que vende petiscos e bebidas. Para o consumo, você precisa carregar um cartão de consumo previamente, e vai utilizando durante a sua hospedagem. O quarto tem uma estrutura boa, com cozinha e geladeira, caso você queira cozinhar. O que é ruim: a manutenção do quarto é mau cuidada, sempre tem algo quebrado (torneira, janela e puxadores quebrados, cortinas rasgadas, etc.). Tivemos que pedir que fosse feita limpeza no quarto, pois em 3 dias não tinhamos recebido nenhuma limpeza. Limpeza ruim, com teias de aranha pelos cantos. São fornecidos lençois e toalhas rasgados, passando impressão de falta de cuidado com o hóspede. O atendimento dos atendentes de restaurante, bares, recepcionistas é em geral indiferente (dá a impressão que não tem qualquer compromisso com a satisfação do hóspede).

Flat mais ou menos

A minha estadia foi boa porque conheço bem Caldas Novas, mas esperava mais das instalações. Limpeza precária, internet não funcionou, café da manhã e área de laser em outro em outro Hotel com uma série de restrições. Mas o pior de tudo é o assédio comercial em torno do Flat.

Hotel agradável, sentimo-nos super à vontade.

Muito bom para família, hotel excelente pra quem quer um descanco da rotina turbulenta do dia-a-dia. Só não gostei dos disparos que o ar condicionado dava no decorrer da noite, mais nada que tire as qualidades do hotel.

Longe do Centro de Caldas Novas

Gostei da comodidade do quarto e do atendimento da recepçao, mas tinha muita formiga nos armarios. O hotel Nautico fica numa localidade boa para paisagismo, porem fica muito longe da cidade.
