"What I did not like the most was the musty smell of the room. Did not bother to ask for room change as it will take a lot of time. Note that the smell stuck on my shirt after I woke up the next day. Also, the receptionist who took charge of our room assignments did not allow us for the three (3) rooms to be beside each other for the reason that they were not from the same booking. "Check in/check out was a breeze. Staff were courteous and professional. The rooms were spacious, clean and ready for us. The restaurants has pretty good food and variety choices except the Mexican style restaurant in the beach. Their sizzling plates were dry and doesn't taste good. Needs improvement on the part. Transportation to the property is the easiest if you don't have your own vehicle or rent a vehicle. There are no other stores to buy stuff that you may have forgot but the Kultura inside the hotel. The whole place is really nice for a great family vacation. We were there Tuesday to Thursday. So, it might be different on the weekends where there are a lot of people. I heard there's a line in almost all the activities on the weekends."

"Absolutely beautiful property. Owner was super friendly and helpful. Always available. Restaurant on site was very good. We ate our meals overlooking the ocean. Rather remote property, so get some extras you might need from the store on your way. Perfect for a quiet getaway or to do some writing or work. Even a solo trip. Bed and linens were top notch comfortable, as were the toiletries, also. Request a downstairs room if possible to help have a cooler room if going during the hotter months. Beautiful place."
