"Breakfast and dinner offer a variety of options. There’s a nice indoor and two outdoor swimming pools. A jacuzzi sauna steam room and cold plunge/jacuzzi shape are also available. The steakhouse is okay. The staff seemed unmotivated or there were language issues. However, management worked well and find a solution if there is a problem. The room was clean and modern. Hotel Parking( closest one) is usually full but other is only a short walk away. (2-5min max)"

"Very nice, clean and nice approachable staff. The area is close to shops and beach is only 3to 5 minutes walk. Will definitely come back again next time. It would be nice if there is tea or coffee compliments coz if you arrived thats what guest wanted, to have cup of tea or coffee."

"The stay was fantastic!!! First off the staff is truly incredible. They go above and beyond for the guests and make you feel right at home. Service was 10/10. We were impressed with the quality of the food at the hotel and options for breakfast and dinner. We did not have high expectations for the half board / buffet style but it was probably one of the best I’ve ever experienced. Each night offered new cuisines and delicacies. I give it a 8/10 for the dinner buffet and 9/10 for the breakfast. Solely because for breakfast I was expecting like a continental style but they had everything imaginable. Really great. The hotel, rooms, and pools are immaculately maintained. The beach club and surrounding Cala water is truly breathtaking. I’ve never seen water that blue before, and the access point via the stairs is clutch. Cool spots to jump into the water beside it as well ranging from 2-10ft. I’d say my only suggestion would be to offer water to guests at dinner. I regularity bought bottles of wine but felt like water should be provided. Especially when it’s provided at breakfast, you know? That’s truly my only negative feedback. Overall, we had an amazing time and will be back!!"

"We had a very enjoyable time at Melia Cala d Or! The hotel provides a nice quiet escape from the busy streets of the town, while still being a walkable distance to the beautiful beaches. The pool area is quite nice, the room was a good size and very clean. Stephanie and Vera at the front desk were incredibly helpful, recommending lovely places to dine each night of our stay."

"We just stayed 5 nights in superior villas (S107) and our family of 5 absolutely loved it. The location was perfect with easy access to the pool and down to the beach right from our terrace. The pool was beautiful overlooking the sea and was never too busy. While we had lounge chairs on our terrace, there were always lounge chairs available around the pool. The unit itself was clean and spacious, as pictured online. The addition of the kitchen was great for easy meals. We enjoyed easy walk to strip with shops and restaurants. The water in the Cala was gorgeous we actually spent most days lounging around the sea and pool rather than travelling to different beaches and Calas in peak August which was our original plan. This made for a more relaxing trip with 3 kids. Overall we would absolutely recommend and would love to stay again. Only downside is parking can be difficult, we always found a spot but sometimes had to reverse back down the street and search again. Also for the price, would be nice to have breakfast included, although not a deal breaker as we made easy breakfasts in our kitchen."

"The hotel was about a 10-15 minute easy and scenic walk to the main part of town and there are several calas within a 10 minute walk - our favorite ended up being Cala Ferrera. Being in this location, the hotel was incredibly peaceful and perfect for rest and relaxation! The pool was gorgeous, the rooftop bar was a perfect place to relax, and the breakfast choices were wide and beautifully presented. Our room was clean, bright, and spacious. We had such an incredible stay here!"

"Matias at the front desk was a very helpful in addition to all the other staff in this quality hotel. The location and the people around were very nice. The hotel design is very nice and clean. The hut tub was great for the family. Strongly recommend!"
