"Very polite staff,only complimentary two pods of coffee no tea is not good enough,I asked reception on the second day,if the could replace it and they said its only complimentary. Otherwise nice,clean and friendly staff."

"I thought Joan at the front desk was spectacular. He went above my expectations. I was unhappy with the fact that the designated smoking area was right when you walked in the entrance. YUCK! I was unhappy with the toilet paper. So Coarse that it caused some health issues. I had the worst sports massage for 50 euros in my life. As a massage therapist myself, the woman had no training about the body and how the muscles attach. Don't get a massage here. The breakfast buffet was spectacular but the dinner buffet required you to pay extra for drinks, even Water! 3 euros For the money I spent, I was disappointed overall"

"Room was really clean and modern. View was over some untidy residential apartments and they can look into the rooms, so felt had to keep curtains drawn. Walls paper thin and really noisy neighbour who was extremely loud and you can hear everything! You can hear taps running and every part of conversation. Nice deck on roof if not too busy but again very noisy and not very restful. Pool tiny. Ok for the 1 night stay, but any longer would have been a struggle. But like a Travelodge in the UK, would not rate a 4*"

"Very warm welcome on arrival. Room was clean, adequate to what we paid for. Kitchen was well equipped and very clean. HB option was amazing! Food was very fresh , loads of option to cater for everyone including food intolerance (gluten free). Hotel location is good. It is slightly away from the most vibrant part but 10 min walk along the coast promenade is a you have to take. Indoor pool is fun, but much smaller than expected based on the online photos. Probably big enough for 1-2 families. Gym is very basic (2 bikes, 1 cross trainer and 1 running machine)."

"Tired hotel which has been given a bit of a refurb. Service was ok, rooms basic but comfortable. Location was ok, a bit of a walk from Cala Millor but other restaurants, shops and beach in easy reach. Breakfast is served in a basement with no real day light which is a shame."

"Nice hotel with professional staff and great location. Right on the promenade across from the beach. Bar staff was a little overwhelmed at times, but adequate. Limited hotel parking is an understatement, there are 4 spaces. You’re on the street otherwise, but there is parking in the area. Our room, 5th floor, was billed as a full sea view room. But we were on the north end of the tower and our view was partially obstructed by the lower wing roof. Probably not an issue on floors 7 and above. The pool area is nice with quite decent entertainment at night. "

"We have just returned from a 4 night stay and had such a lovely time. Our room was rather dated (328) but I must say clean. The tap squeaked and the shower not amazing but we did pay for the lower grade. The breakfast good, the pool huge and very clean. All the grounds we found to be spotless. Walkable into town so lots of shops bars and restaurants close by, would say about 10 minutes. You can rent a beach towel for a deposit which we did. We would definitely stay here again, nothing to fault, but I think if you were here high season the air con may not be powerful enough. Housekeeping every day if you wanted it. Overall really loved it here, staff friendly and the snack bar was great and not overpriced. "
