"Pros: The room was clean. The location is excellent: just a one-minute walk from a beautiful beach, with supermarkets, restaurants, and everything you might need nearby. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Cons: We only had breakfast once(thanfully). The supposedly clean plates were filthy. "We arrived at the property full of anticipation. When at reception desk, the lady who was working was extremely rude and unhelpful. Shrugged her shoulders when we asked if we could check in and we were stood in silence. Manager came. Couldn’t find a record of our booking even though I had the receipt. "A very luxurious and calming experience for our first visit to Mallorca. The hotel has a lot of thoughtful small touches (thick beach towels, lovely soaps), great parking, and a very restful and delightful ambience. Breakfast had a glorious amount of options. "From the bottom of my heart, MIM did not dissapoint! Brilliant location, clean rooms, selection of great food! Kindest staff including David, Lucia and Luis! Could not have been happier with our stay and would highly recommend. Would have loved for parking to be onsite but there is plenty of parking locally that is free which is super helpful"

"Ease to check in, room clean and everything we needed. Bathroom was good size. The kettle in room was a good touch for a all inclusive hotel. Terrace was private with 2 sunbeds and table and chairs. Food was good, great selection nothing repeated during our stay. No rush for sunbeds in the morning but it was out of Season. Great location, only thing we struggled with there is no parking but we found a space on road not far away. Had a great time, entertainment was OK. Alcoholic drinks was not that good, apart from the beer but it is local and it feels watered down.."
