"We stayed at the hotel for just one night as it was conveniently located close to the Pyramids and the GEM museum. In terms of staff, I would give a 5-star review. They were extremely helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was a disappointment. Based on the reviews, we genuinely thought we had found a hidden gem. Sadly, this wasn’t the case. The floor was dirty, breakfast was average, the toilet barely flushed, and we only had warm water for a few minutes in the shower before...

"Service was great. Breakfast was a terrific buffet. Staff took good care of us. The room was clean. some stuff needed repair, and something really confused me. I asked to extend my stay, and the front desk person told me they were sold out. I went up to my room and booked it on Expedia, and came back downstairs and the very same person extended my stay....... very odd."
