our family of 7 enjoyed the property but were surprised to find out that the pool was not included in the rental. At nearly 10 dollars usd per persons eyptian equivalent, it would have cost our family 70 dollars a day to swim. My kids love swimming so this may be a pass next go to egypt. otherwise it was a nice property and we really liked the room and the close walking distance to a grocery store!

We informed the manager/careetaker of the place that we will get there around midnight but he took more than half an hour to come there. We had to wait for half an hour on the road outside the apartment with all our bags before he arrived and let us into the apartment. The kitchen floor was flooded. We were lucky to notice it before entering it otherwise we would easily have slipped and fallen. The apartment had only four towels whereas we had made a booking for six people. Two of the toilets did not have any soap.
