"Arrived to Cairo on an international flight with a 7 hour layover. Decided to stay here to catch a few Zzz’s and I’m very happy I did. You do have to leave airport security area, but getting back in is not a problem, took less than 5 min from leaving my room to being at the airline check-in counter. The room is clean, spacious, airy. For the price and convenience, I highly recommend it and would stay here again"

This property was under some mild construction but you will easily forgive that for the rich palace history and amazing detail. Very happy with our stay."

"As always, this stay was such a treat. The property is lovely, expansive, and very central, with a large variety of dining options. I was in town for two nights before traveling to their Sharm property for a weeklong stay. The real highlight of the stay is, unsurprisingly, the amazing staff. Our drop off and in-room check-in were well-coreographed and well-executed. The thoughtful touches from housekeeping are always delightful too (e.g., bookmarks in my books, a Four Seasons-branded cloth for my glasses, etc.). The concierge was magnificent and endlessly helpful. We mentioned in passing that my traveling companion had some stomach issues (the kind you dread getting abroad), and the concierge had the pharmacy deliver medicine for my friend, and later called the room to offer complimentary chicken soup and chamomile tea. The next night, we dined at Byblos, and the staff there were standouts too. My companion was still dealing with stomach issues and couldn't finish his dinner, so the manager took the plate off our check and gave my friend a complimentary pot of chamomile tea (all without being asked). Everyone knew or quickly memorized our names and every member of the staff was all smiles at all times. It was the same standard of excellence all across the board. Overall another strong showing by the Four Seasons (most recently I spent a week at their property in Florence, if that's helpful context for my standard of comparison here). "Amazing staff, friendly and best hotel with pyramid views in the area. Best View pyramids hotel is a great choice for your visit. Booked deluxe King suite with pyramid view and Jacuzzi tub. Staff booked us with Nada as our tour guide, she is a 10 out of 10. Great English and very knowledgeable! Best time ever!!! Highly recommend"
