Hotels with Air Conditioning in Cagraray Island, Bicol

staff are really really friendly and accommodating! superb and quality guest relations established!

There are many options for breakfast since it is a buffet. There are other restaurants within the hotel, including a massage spa and a bank. The staff are very hospitable and accommodating. Rooms are clean and regularly cleaned and maintained.

Good location; within shopping and dining areas. Generally clean, but you need to read well the "Welcome Letter" as it provides specific instructions that guests must press the "Make Up My Room" button at the panel board near the door if you want your room cleaned. Otherwise, you'll return to your room that way you left it, as they will not touch anything including trash. Great location, near to everything you need - mall, restaurants, hospital, market etc. Value for its price. Friendly staff and overall good service. What I didn’t like is the electricity that went on and off for about 3-4 times a day. Also needs to improve on the cleanliness of room coz we had housekeeping on our 2nd day coz of ants but still there when we came back.

Excellent. Staff and GM were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent from service to accommodation. My only concern was the pet bed we were given unwashed pet bed that smells sadly.

Staff was accommodating. Hotel is the best you can get on its side of the Philippines.

The room was much larger and nicer and I expected for the price I paid. Showers were nice and hot. The hotel staff were very nice and even helped me find a taxi to Pilar port.

There were actually in the process of cleaning one of the pools but gave us access to another pool those actually more private and wave some fees for us excellent place great staff excellent food extremely clean nice rooms i'll definitely be going back

Accessible

I will recomend this hotel. All accomodations are great! Worth of money spent.
