The amenities would have gotten higher marks except that our favorite pool (Pool 40 next to Tazuna) was closed, along with pool 26, both closed for the entire month of May. The Fun Lab was also closed but we didn't have any teens with us so that didn't bother us, but I would have been disappointed ...

Pueblo Bonito Pacifica Golf & Spa Resort -All Inclusive-Adult Only
The staff were super friendly and the food was delicious. Didn't have to fight for pool chairs. Only complaint is random fees slapped on daily which we were not informed about before hand.

Beautiful resort but room was extremely beat up and not cleaned well upon entering also balcony door lock was broken and had to be replaced and also AC stopped working several times. Food was mediocre. VIP lounge was nice. Up charges for certain things are over kill with already paying for “all inclusive” ...

Pueblo Bonito Montecristo Luxury Villas - All Inclusive
The villages are nice, but the resort is overcrowded and the food is terrible. It’s nearly impossible to get any space near or in the pool and getting around is a hassle.
