"It's a nice resort rooms are little bit out dated the furnitures were really old. The best part was the kids club my son really enjoyed it. The staffs were really nice and they do lots of fun activities with the kids. Andy at the kids club was really nice and went out of her way to make sure my son had great time. Over all it's a nice place. I just wish there was more restaurants option. Total 4 places for dinner every night they keep one close and one them is only adult so you only have 2 restaurants in option and wait is long due to that."

"From the beginning to the end of our trip, everything was amazing. My concierge Santiago was extremely helpful, polite, accommodating and professional. The kids club was by far the best part. Yuli, Caro, Florencia and everyone was so amazing my son had such a great time he begged to come back the following day even ran there right after breakfast. Hands down wonderful hotel. I will definitely be coming back. And the food was by far the best for any all inclusive I’ve stayed at in the area!"

"Beautiful place and clean paid for Breakfast when I reserve the room so it should be all paid off, but they still charge six dollars for each person every breakfast It’s end up $180 Very disappointed about it The one take US dollars only pesos or credit card Other with that the food was great, very clean and very good service"

"I absolutely loved my stay here! The views from the room were beautiful, and having a private hot tub in every room made the experience even more relaxing. The food was delicious, and the resort itself is stunning—a perfect place to unwind and disconnect. It was also nice that the resort wasn’t overcrowded, although I would’ve enjoyed seeing a few more people around. Room service was excellent. The staff even folded all of my clothes neatly and hung up my wet clothes, which was such a thoughtful touch. I also appreciated the convenience of having a mini store and restaurants right on the property. The only downside was that a few of the waiters seemed to pay more attention to other guests. At times, we had to ask for their attention to get refills or assistance. Thankfully, not everyone was like that. In particular, José stood out—he was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. He truly made our experience even better. 🙏 Overall, it was a beautiful and relaxing getaway"
The Westin Los Cabos Resort Villas - Baja Point

"Everything was great. Our only complaint was that leaving our room, 412 in Baja point, the smell of sewage was strong every day. Was pretty gross. But as soon as we were upstairs it was gone. So it was a hold your breath and go. Didn’t smell in the room either. But next time I would ask to move rooms and it kind of grossed you out when u r feeling clean hah. Pools were great. Towels are available at both big pools which one of been good to know as we kept going to the main pool next door at the resort to get towels and u have to turn them in everyday. Don’t forget. The El Cielo restaurant was amazing. Very fancy and lots of food. Buffet was great also, especially Sunday mornings. Check in was great. If you want hotel shuttle from the airport you have to schedule it in advance. We used Uber everywhere. We also ended up with an amazing driver we kept using that took us to the grocery store and let us shop around while he waited for very little money! I have his number if you want it! Knows plenty of English as well. Bellhop Thomas was amazing and very helpful through-out our stay. The beach is closed and very gnarly waves so be careful even walking on the sand. Jelly fish to wash up on the sand. Beds were amazing as were the pillows, I’m super picky too. Shower was hot and awesome water pressure. Probably best place Ive stayed for that. We used the closet wall safe for extra cash and passports, worked out great. Would definitely stay again!!!"
