Apartment is really nicely decorated. They had a welcome cookie and wine for us. Check in was easy only issue was the AC didn't work and since we checked in late, they quickly came to restart curcuit board. This hotel was all about location and fabulous breakfast. If you are going to stay here, you have to keep in mind that you will be traveling into Venice via water and then uneven ground and bridges with your luggage.
