"I enjoyed my stay"

"Staff is super friendly and helpful. The kitchenette lacks (no toaster, very small warped pan, no cooking utensils, no cutting knife, butter knife, spoon, and fork are not in good shape/fork had broken tine). $5 per night pet fee was on the Hotels App but not the additional $50 cleaning fee. Super bad: dog hair in the utensil drawer which is a floor drawer not just under the counter. Shower would not drain, I had to pull off the large grate to get to the drain catcher which was filled with so much hair - NOT mine, there were actual layers of different colored hair as it appeared not to have been cleaned in some time, and a used bar of soap in the shower. The price given to me by Hotels.com was not honored even if I deduct the pet fees and deposit it still came to nearly $20 per night MORE than I was quoted when reserving. I didn't even realize until after I paid. Seriously disappointed. "

"We always stay here when we visit the TriCities, it's always been top notch. Staff are always super welcoming there is lemon ice water downstairs, cookies upon checkin, and the rooms are very clean. "

"The property was clean and on good repair. Only downside was there was no coffee available for to the machine being out of order and my room did not have coffee cups. Another downside was people parking in do not park handicap loading areas. "
