The staff is so friendly and helpful. They are super flexible and accommodating. We had been here multiple times with our baseball team and the staff from check in to breakfast to clean up crew is fabulous. Also we love breakfast at this hotel! Yum

We loved our stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton Richland! The suite was spacious, spotless, and had a full kitchenette—perfect for feeling at home. Comfortable beds and great separate living area. The free hot breakfast was delicious with lots of variety, and the evening socials were a nice touch. Staff were super friendly and helpful from check-in onward. Prime location near the river, restaurants, and easy access to the Tri-Cities. Everything was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. This is our new favorite in the area—we'll definitely return!

The hotel was fantastic. I can't believe I've been going to Tri-Cities a few times a year for work and this is the first time I ever stayed here. I won't be staying anywhere else after this. Hotel is great, food was fantastic, staff was super friendly. Room was clean and nice. I will say the bed was a bit too stiff for me, but that's just a preference thing. I highly recommend this hotel.
