"My wife and I were visiting Chicago. This property was perfect for our stay. The location is in the center of West Loop. We loved that the apartment is renovated and had a kitchen/laundry. The staff was super attentive and check in was smooth. We will definitely be staying again in the future!"

Bonus points for being connected to Nordstrom/ my husband always appreciates sitting at the Nordstrom bar while I shop! "Muriel at the front desk was extremely helpful and courteous, wonderful historic art deco building right on Michigan Ave., great location and views, really nice, spacious and clean room. Chateau Carbide on the 24th floor is definitely worth checking out, nice cozy areas to hang out, sit on a couch and have a drink while enjoying great views of the city. We also got a free ride from the hotel to the Shedd Aquarium."

"We loved Riu Plaza. We were just there for a short getaway - but everything about the hotel was just right. Great staff, beautiful room, an amazing breakfast buffet. It would be nice to be there to be able to take advantage of the rooftop bar in better weather! It's a two-minute walk to North Michigan Avenue/Magnificent Mile and a comfortable 1/2 stroll to the Art Institute of Chicago. Highly recommend."
