"There where bugs everywhere and a lot of ants, even on the bed and the toilet there were ants. It also stank at my room and the ac was leaking. 1/5 stars"
"Perfect location. Super friendly and helpful staff.
Gorgeous room: spacious, clean, beutifully decorated.
Interior of hotel like from a dream. Elegant, classy and great decoration.
Cute private pool area"
"Great family, very welcoming, very close to all, private , no tourist trap, relaxed and very classy style. The main house is a beauty . All comfort but did not lose the flair. If you want to see all but in a private environment? This is the place. If one thing could be added? A simple suitcase rack. "

"The location is great, just between the Malećon and Puerta de Mar. It's not noisy at all but very walkable to the malećon and centro. The room is clean and spacious and you can store your luggage for free before your check-in time. "
"Casa Piedad was beautiful, so peaceful and calm. We loved that it was in the old, historic neighborhood of San Roman. The church of San Roman was a block away. Within two blocks are two delicious restaurants, Sanro (a minute away) Los Abuelos(in front of the church) a pizza place, a laundry (across from the church, Calle Bravo #16) a small mercado, and a bakery (Corazón de Pan, Calle 14, just past the mercado).
The workers at Casa Piedad, Alberi, Ivete and Alejandro, were helpful with everything. We loved the courtyard, the pool, and the kitchen access. Casa Piedad was our home for nine days, and we can't wait to go back! Campeche was a lovely city, as well, so beautiful, historical, friendly, and charming."
"A very well located historic property. Close to many restaurants, public squares, and museums. Great for exploring the city by walking or by short taxi rides. The staff was very helpful especially considering our Spanish was not very good."
This impressive landmark stands as a reminder of the grandeur of Campeche’s colonial period and the horror of the pirate attacks that once plagued the city.
