Absolutely thrilled that I booked H177! Excellent location close to the main walking strip with lots of excellent restaurants and bars. The staff were so friendly and helpful and could not be more accommodating! We ended up booking 2 more nights we loved it so much

Conveniently located in the historic centre. Comfortable and clean. The roof top deck is nice. The pool is indoors, located by the lobby, and more like a large jacuzzi.

H177 Hotel was in an excellent location for us to easily access the Historical area and particularly the restaurants. The beds were comfortable. Due to the style of hotel it took a little getting used to having no windows. It felt closed in. The hotel said it offers pastries in the morning. To me, toast and jam is not pastries. This was disappointing. Otherwise, our stay was satisfactory.

Nice hotel in centro

Room was good. Beds were very firm. Air conditioning was great. Wifi was good. No issues. We were on the ground floor in room 105. We ended up parking right in front on the street at no charge and no issues. The pool needs attention as the water was cloudy. They offer bread, butter, and jelly for breakfast. As well as coffee and tea. They also have drinking water available.

Not a quiet place to stay but it is clean.

Employees were very kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and maintained. The A/C was nice and cold. The wifi was so so. If you need wifi for business, don’t stay here. My most important suggestion is bring EAR PLUGS or a sound machine. You can hear everything and everyone. Select another hotel if you want peace and quiet. Otherwise, a clean and safe place to stay in a good location. The hotel does not have its own parking but there is a lot within a block.

In general the room is clean and with a/c. It was just my husband and I. Staff is Not good. Very rude! When we were checking out they said, “just a minute”. And then he called someone telling them we were checking out. Then waited and the person called him back and said, “all ok”. We were very surprised that they were checking our room before we left for who knows what. So unprofessional and offensive. We have never experienced this before. The guy at the front desk had a very bad attitude and was rude since we checked in and right through the time we checked out. Will definitely not recommend it.

This is by no means a 4-star property —it is at most a 2-star. To begin with, the front desk staff—especially the older guy—are borderline rude. When I arrived at exactly 3 pm and tried to check in, I was told rather rudely that the room was not ready and I had to wait. After 45 minutes waiting in the blistering heat (the lobby opens up to the courtyard and barely has any air conditioning. I asked three times and was told “I already told you the room is not ready and you have to wait. What they call a pool/jacuzzy is a tiny thing with cloudy water —that might barely fit four small adults. The rooms are rather basic and very small, with a window that opens onto an inner hallway! The only saving grace of this place is its location, very close to the main street that has all the bars and restaurants —otherwise, this is just one minute step above a hostel.

This property is cheap and well located near the main street. When we booked our room the nicer ones were booked so we got the cheaper option. They must have used the pictures of the nicer rooms in place of actual pictures of the room we got. There was no window except for a small ventilation window in the bathroom. Many of the rooms that we saw with windows went to the inside courtyard, reasonable since this place is in the middle of a city block but it means you can't open your window for fresh air because it just smells like the pool right off the lobby. We didn't have that problem on account of not having a window. The lighting in the room is really harsh and blue at one point we came back, turned on the lights, and my husband said those lights should be illegal. The roof is pretty but there nothing to provide shade during the day. Also, the WiFi was broken the entire time we were there, when asked about it the person at the desk just said sorry it's broken. We asked again later and they gave us access to the office Internet but it didn't reach our room. Bathroom was nice but pretty dark. AC didn't work very well.

100/10 el hotel

El servicio por parte del hotel fue increíble desde nuestra llegada. El check in es a las 3 pm pero muy amablemente nos ofrecieron la habitación antes ya que ésta ya se encontraba lista. Todo el personal muy amable, tienen un rooftop con una vista muy bonita. Una mini alberca muy agusto. La habitación muy cómoda, chiquita pero acogedora. Agua caliente y fría. Servicio de cafe y agua las 24 horas y por las mañanas unos deliciosos panecitos con mermelada y mantequilla. Mención especial para Javier León que nos atendió de una manera extraordinaria. Da gusto toparse con gente que ama su trabajo y es amable. Sin duda recomendaré este hotel.

Zentral gelegene Unterkunft in Campeche. Kleines, aber ausreichendes Zimmer mit sauberem Bad. Leider gab es keinen Kühlschrank, aber dafür eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Unser Zimmer war direkt an der Straße gelegen, aber den Lärm empfanden wir nicht als störend. Parkmöglichkeiten sind in der Straße vor der Unterkunft vorhanden, allerdings mussten wir bei unserer Anreise ziemlich lange nach einen Parkplatz im Zentrum Campeches suchen. Erst am nächsten Tag haben wir dann einen Parkplatz in der Straße des Hotels bekommen. Im Hotel gab es zwar kein offizielles Frühstück, aber es wurden Toast, Kaffee und Wasser in der Lobby angeboten, was man eigentlich als kleines Frühstück ansehen kann. Durch die zentrale Lage des Hotels waren fußläufig viele Essens- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu erreichen und auch die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten konnte man zu Fuß erlaufen.

El hotel está excelentemente ubicado. Puedes moverte a todos lados; personal todos muy amables . Lo único es que siento la limpieza de cuartos puede mejorar . Estuvimos una semana y al 2do día era como si solo tendieran las camas . De ahí tiene 10. Y altamente recomendable
