"Good location, everything clean."

"Llegamos antes y dijeron que la habitación estaba lista a las 11 am, lo cual no fue cierto y tuvimos q esperar 30 min después, el piso se sentía sucio, las de limpieza con la aspiradora sus ocho horas d trabajo no se podía descansar, por la ventana caía agua para adentro de la habitación, me fui a bañar y la bañadera estaba resvalosa de la suciedad, al punto que llegué a caerme 😞"

"I was very disappointed with my recent stay at the Fontainebleau. The condition of the room fell far below expectations for a hotel of this reputation and price point. Upon arrival, the room was noticeably unclean, with dirty carpeting and an overall lack of proper housekeeping standards. Additionally, several fixtures were outdated or not functioning properly, including broken light fixtures and a malfunctioning door key reader, which created unnecessary inconvenience. Equally concerning was the level of service. Interactions with staff were consistently unprofessional and, at times, outright rude, which only compounded the negative experience. Overall, this stay did not meet even basic expectations for cleanliness, maintenance, or customer service. I would not recommend this property based on my experience."

"Too expensive, poor water pressure in shower, shower door doesn’t close all the way. No free breakfast. Concierge is only there certain hours, and other staff were not helpful on bus system. No stairs leading up to hotel, you have to walk an inclined drive. Valet were nice and professional. No shuttle to and from airport. "
