"After doing so much research I decided on this hotel. I am glad I chose this hotel because it exceeded my expectations and above. We were 3 girls travelling alone and felt safe and at ease staying at this hotel. The area is very convenient with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. I booked a room with lounge access but was disappointed as the food wasn’t great and did not have much choice especially for my daughter’s who had allergies. Though it was good for drinks only. The hotel even surprised me and my daughters by treating us with a beautiful cake to celebrate our special trip and the special occasions. Views from the 34th floor was stunning and beautiful skyline. I would definitely stay again here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stay in Istanbul."

"There was a delay in getting a prearranged car to the airport. The manager immediately came downstairs and stayed there, making sure we left on time. Well done, excellent customer service! Perfect, safe location. One of the best views of the Bosporus"

"If you were looking for a delightful place to spend a weekend outside of Istanbul, this is definitely the place. The staff and management are excellent, the cocktails and the food are on point. Everything is scrupulously, clean and well ordered to be aware though, that in order to keep the charm of this old school building, there is no air-conditioning. If you can open your windows to catch the air from the sea, you should be fine at night even during the summer. Otherwise, there’s just these very old school fans and that’s about it. The bathrooms are basic, but the rooms are lovely. You don’t wanna miss this place at all."

Everyone from the front desk, concierge, room service, restaurant staff and valet staff were incredible helpful and respectful. This made my stay very memorable and I am excited to return to Ritz-Carlton Istanbul as well as stay at other Ritz-Carlton's globally."

"Highly recommend this wonderful place! We had a fantastic stay here. The accommodation was spotless, beautifully designed, and felt completely new. What we loved most was the location—it was incredibly convenient and close to all the main sights, restaurants, and transport. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in Istanbul!"
