"I was sceptical about this hotel after reading some of the other reviews after we had booked, however we found the hotel to be great in every single way from the helpfulness of the staff, to the breakfasts, central location, room size, great job by the cleaning staff and the Spa and Pool. "Staff very friendly. Accommodation great as facilities brilliant. Lovely pool, lawn tennis courts, table tennis, putting, beautiful gardens, lovely outdoor patio, had gym but never went, Felt the dinning area seating could be improved but am aware lots of upgrading being done. Great choice at breakfast and food lovely. Service great. We had 2 dogs and being on ground floor with door outside was perfect."
