"The smoke alarm in the room kept chirping. Complained to maintenance they didn’t come till we checked out. Also advertised the movie night by the pool at 7 and that didn’t occur. Other than that I love this property just didn’t like the building i stayed in this time."

"It was just ok"

"First night the heat wasn't working my family and I was freezing. It was also a cold night as well. We let the front desk know and they were apologetic. They ended up turning on the floor heat because the wall one wasn't working. The slides was out of commission for 3 days bummer. The kiddie pool was not in use. They could do a better job at letting guest know if there are openings for the shuttle. The day I wanted to go was completely full however the following day when I went we were told that there were only 2 people on the shuttle that day. Everyone else didn't show up. So we could have gone the day we wanted to. Good thing my tickets for SeaWorld was any day. We made the best of our week stay. "

"The property was beautiful! Lots to do for kids of all ages. We had ages 12 to 18 and they all had a great time! My only problem was when housekeeping came into "clean up" our villa, change sheets and towels they didn't leave any extras like toilet paper or paper towels "

"This was a great place to stay before we got into the house the next day.... centrally located to everything convenient and beds were super comfy! Would stay here again for sure! "

"The space is great for families and the beds were comfortable. The screened porch was an added bonus. Our only concerns were other guests. There was an incident while several children were in the pool between two women who were screaming at one another, cursing profusely, and accusing each other of doing drugs in the pool bathroom facility. The quiet hours later that night were definitely not enforced by security, and we were kept up most of the night by loud guests in common area."

"Don’t let the pictures fool you. They are much cleaner than the hotel actually is. While the room smelled clean, it is run down and in need of updates and fix ups. My bathroom had a palmetto bug in the toilet that someone obviously tried to flush. The toilet would not flush at all. I saw a roach run across the dresser, so I did not leave my bag open and did not leave anything out. The sliding shades left a gap at the end so you could still see into the room from outside. The parking lot had lots of homeless people hanging out on the side of the hotel at the entrance. When we returned from getting food, the police had one of the entrances closed off. A pro is that the hotel is close to food and the arena. They say you get what you pay for. I still think we paid too much."
