"The rooms are spacious and kept clean - We noticed this as soon as we checked in. Staff were extremely helpful from the beginning to the end and the location is perfect if heading towards the mall or into the medina area. Food places and shops very close by in the mall. Staff downstairs always helped get a taxi and even negotiate a fair and trusted price for us each time. Very happy that I stayed at the Radisson Blue in Marrakech will definitely be returning! Until then."

"First of all when we reach there they gave our room to someone else and they don’t have room for us after 2 hour they gave us room and room didn’t have curtains bathroom is broke and too dirty no hygiene "

"Great location in modern part of the city. Restaurant next door provides complimentary breakfast which is good. The beds are quite firm. I would stay here again."

"The property is very old. Everything is broken or not working. We need to ask for all the amenities. There was no towel. We had to ask for it. The first room we were given was impossible to live in. Then after complaining they changed our room but still was not as of expectation. Anyway, the staff behavior was up to the mark. They were very soft spoken. We only considered and didn’t ask for refund because of their good behavior. Breakfast was good as well. "

"The apartment was clean and quiet. Check-in was easy as there is a desk manned at all hours. The location is close to Gueliz but a distance from the medina. Amenities were lacking. Minimal pieces of furniture. Few cooking pieces and utensils. No dishwashing soap, sponge or towel in the kitchen. The bathroom sink leaked water."

"Initially had a misunderstanding at the front desk, but it got reconciled, and everyone was very professional and friendly. Majority of the time the staff in all areas from the restaurant to the pool are very polite and attentive trying to make our stay as comfortable and welcoming as possible. We found the room to be impeccable. Just be aware there are no washcloths. The shower is very nice. "
