"Room was clean. New floors Pool looked fine at first, but quickly realized the walls of the pool were scuzzy & filthy. Floor in pool area was also filthy. "

"My experience during Easter weekend in Claremore near Tulsa in Oklahoma. I checked in and was told $100 cash deposit. Online it says $150. He finally took $106 on credit card. I was told the $6 was the fee for any damages etc. I get home and see that the hotel charged me another $94 and some change. I called and the front desk stated that was an accident and he refunded both charges. Here is the thing. They charged me $6 for the accident they did. I ONLY GOT $188 back. $100 + $94 should have $194. I know $6 is not a big thing but it shows how bad a trip I had. Hidden fees, accident, oh and no housekeeping or clean towels for second day. I stayed 2 days. I will not recommend this hotel to my worse enemy. "

"There was blood spatters on the bathroom sink. I called ahead of time about having a pet after I drove three hours they argued with me about bringing my pet and once I was allowed to pet the manager I was still charged an extra 160 dollars. I had also called to ensure there was a pool as we planned to spend the majority of our time relaxing there, the “heated” pool was absolutely freezing though it did seem clean. I did laundry downstairs where a load of my clothes went out of order and were sitting in a pile of water locked inside the machine. I was told by the front desk to “ wait a minute and it will unlock on its own” it did unlock and then I got soaked trying to move them into the other washer to spin them out which I was really thrilled about having to pay for again. The pancake machine at breakfast made raw pancakes. Honestly for this price I am just so shocked at how much is wrong here. I spent $160 a night to book a “nice hotel” for 4 days to spend with my husband and son as a little getaway and this is what I got… the beds were comfortable but the sheets weren’t changed and we did not receive room service even after leaving for the entire day with the dog so that they could come in and tidy up. Save yourself the money and stay next door it’s the same thing for a fraction of the cost."

"Check in was fast and smooth. Location is perfectly situated with multiple options for food and convenience shopping. Will stay here again soon!"

"We reserved 2 rooms. One of the rooms we found underwear stuffed between the mattress and box spring. Carpet was dirty and smelled bad in the room like mold air. Very humid in the room. "

"The hotel is in new condition, very well-designed, rooms excellently laid out, plenty of parking. It is on the edge of a major retail park, so there's easy access to a whole range of shops and restaurants."
