Our stay overall was lovely albeit at the start we had no wifi, couldnt get tv channels and had to move rooms late at night due to water dripping through the ceiling. We rang to reception at each time and staff were fab! Especially Lisa, she went above and beyond! Lovely hotel

Less than 5 mins walk to City Square so perfect location. Checkin was so easy with staff so polite and helpful.
