"Handily-located with its own co-located car park, the hotel was a perfect place to stay for a midweek visit to the city.
The hotel has evidently had a modern interior makeover at some point and features interesting contemporary décor throughout. Our comfortable twin room had everything we needed for a short stay and at a decent price.
Whilst English staples are available, the in-house restaurant majors on Indian cuisine and our butter chicken was delicious.
Car parking for guests is £19 for 24 hours at time of writing and this was a very handy amenity as it allowed us to leave the car safely stashed away after checking out whilst we visited the University during the day.
Friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere helped make this a great stay. "

"Disappointed that the spa was only available to guests between 8am - 10am and from 7pm-9pm. Other times was a charge of £70ppp day.
The hotel is lovely but a couple of notes: floor tiles all cracked in our bathroom and the bathroom layout meant access to the shower over the bath was a negotiation and would have been tricky if you weren’t fully mobile. In general, great location but at the price I’m left a little disappointed. "
