"Didn’t use the pool but plenty of people were Pet friendly - our dog sis t stay there but we did bring him in to drop luggage Friendly staff, security guard looking at phone when we returned around midnight Room was clean but there were a couple flies I Shooed out the sliding door"

"Pool is rooftop 14th floor with views of LAX runways. Hotel is walkable from LAX if the traffic is too congested for the hotel shuttle. Take the faster LAX Uber shuttle to the Uber pickup lot and a short walk to the Hyatt from there. Cell phone service is not good with the interior rooms. "

"Loved it. Beautiful place. Also used outdoor heated pool. Italian Restaurant Andiamo was so amazing. Food and service was great!! Highly recommend Hilton Los Angelas Airport. "

"Shuttle from the airport despite other reviews was quick and drop off was at the entrance of the hotel. A called was made to shuttle service and they were there in about ten minutes. Picked up at entrance and a few minutes later dropped at the airline terminal. Staff friendly, the hotel super clean."

"Asked for extra towels one evening and they kept saying they send someone over. We called twice and finally fell asleep without a shower. I should also add this was a suite for 5 people and there were only 3 towels available. I called back next morning and again they told me they would send someone. It wasn’t until I asked to speak to manager that my extra towels showed up. "
