"What we liked about the hotel: The room was clean, the beds and pillows felt comfortable, the sink and bath tub looked new, towels and bed sheets were supplied daily, the fridge came in handy, and the room was quite spacious. But what we most appreciated was the staff at the reception desk. They were friendly, helpful, and informative, eager to provide assistance and information at any time. Our heartfelt thanks would go to Gabriel, Daniel, Brett, Bounty and others. Gabriel indeed offered us so much kind assistance! What we didn't like so much about the room was the constant noise coming from the Skytrain Station."

"Picked this motel as it was close to the venue we were going to and was pet friendly, it was better than we expected. Although it was on a busy street we found it quiet, beds were comfortable, room was clean and came with breakfast. No coffee maker in room but coffee was available all day in lobby. Couple of cons; no hot water when my husband went to shower one morning, hallways were a little smelly, our toilet didn’t flush great. All things considered it worked fine for us."
