"This property is very close to shopping and public trasportation. Overall, the staff was very nice and the rooms were clean. One thing to note is that the rooms were not ready when we checked in. This seems to be an ongoing issue with other guests as well. Checkin time was 4pm but rooms were not ready until 6pm or later. Not sure if this is mismanagement by allowing guests to have late checkouts or understaffing the cleaning crew. This needs to fixed immediately. It is not a good...
