"My family loved the breakfast offerings, friendly and helpful staff at the breakfast on mornings. Housekeeping provided all that we needed to make our stay comfortable and the airport shuttle is also very efficient. Front desk staff were very welcoming and accommodating. A perfect fit for families and all types of travelers. Thank you to everyone there for taking good care of us. We will definitely be back. "

"Price quoted was less than price required by $6. When I showed him confirmation he lowered it by $9 after a long time spent on Ipad.Room was cold. Not enough blankets. The heater didn't raise temperature. A verbal fight in the middle of the night outside our room. Heating/air conditioning unit was rough cut in and hadn't been trimmed. No drawers for clothes. No towels in room. Breakfast was given in a hamburger box, no place to sit to eat it. Needed to make 2 trips to take back to room. Breakfast limited to one box each. We did get floor room as requested and handicap parking was readily available."

"Exquisite room, most of the staff were friendly with the exception of 1 or 2, breakfast was ok but could have included at least eggs without an additional cost. Overall a good experience and I will definitely stay again. "
