"Clean, helpful, nice staff"

"Staff was very friendly, we arrived really early and they held our bags for us to we could go and explore. They also held our bags after we checked out, because we weren’t ready to head out yet and still had sight seeing to do. Room was nice and clean. AC was good but seemed a little warm for my preference. Would definitely stay again. "

"The room was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location and very quiet. The only thing is that the room was quite warm and we had to leave the window open all night. The thermostat in the room was not working."

"Me and My Husband had a very good stay. The room was beautiful so was the view. The bar and restaurant we’re also very nice. The drinks were good and so were the staff definitely would recommend."

"The room was perfect -- spacious, super comfortable, very nicely decorated and appointed, spotlessly clean, and boasting a spectacular view of the bay and the end of the runway at San Francisco International Airport. All staff were very helpful and polite. Several excellent restaurants are just a short walk away, and a shoreline promenade right in front of the hotel offers a delightful place to stroll, walk the dog, and get fresh air. Finally, the free airport shuttle service works well, but infrequently it comes by only once every 45 minutes or so."

"Perfect location (at the pier in minutes and a nice Trader Joes also minutes away) incredible complimentary breakfast (the selection is mind boggling for a free breakfast!) and friendly staff. The outdoor fire tables are also awesome and we needed them for the cold and rainy weather. The only thing they need to fix is the wifi. It’s not good enough for 2026 and would be the only reason I wouldn’t go back. Being that it’s an older hotel, you can hear noises so bring a sound machine. I’m a light sleeper and it wasn’t an issue with the sound machine. "

"The room was spotless, amazing view and comfy bed. Friendly English and Spanish speaking staff, good WiFi connection all over the property. The area felt safe and quiet. Definitely I’d love to stay here again. I recommend this place. ❤️❤️"
