"As we drove up to the entrance we were warmly greeted by the valet. He helped us u load the car and the bellman was right there ready to take our bags up to the room. Check in was easy and fast, and the staff at the desk were warm and friendly, letting us know how happy they were to have us. First impressions of the room it was clean nicely decorated, and I love the bathroom. The water was hot and lasted that way for everybody who stayed in the room. It smelled great and the linens were clean every single time we left to go somewhere somebody was right there to tell us have a good day or to help us get our car. I come to Universal at least once every year and I will definitely be staying here again."

"Love this place, location is great for any Los Angeles destination. Would appreciate a microwave in the room or at least the hotel. Also, should be mandatory for a water station in the lobby, people need to drink water and often have their own eco-friendly refillable water bottles. The free shuttle to Universal Studios and free parking are awesome amenities. The complimentary robes during your stay is also a plus. The outer windows need a serious power washing but overall cleanliness and comfort will bring me back for sure. "
