"Our stay was outstanding. We got to stay in an 8th century abbey! We had so much space and a full kitchen. Beautiful property. Our hosts were outstanding, very attentive, responsive, excellent breakfast prepared by the family, good wine made on-site, option for traditional dinner (we didn’t have it but it was nice to have the option), just wonderful overall! "Rooms were very hot and I mean terribly hot, no real balcony, just closed ones but you can open a window at the balcony, restaurant closed so no service, we arrived at 18:00, spa closed, we checked in and left 30 minutes later. Lost my money, got a lesson in reading the reviews better, the name tricked us, wellness and spa, 4 stars🤣. We had two rooms☹️"

We were hiking and arrived in the late afternoon - without hesitation Sandra shared a large cold bottle of iced water and ice tea from her private stock without charging anything.
