"From a swift check-in to an efficient checkout, everything went smoothly. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. The package included both dinner and breakfast — the breakfast, in particular, was impressive with a wide variety of options.
What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. Every staff member was friendly, courteous, and always smiling, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Although the hotel itself shows signs of age, the quality of service more than made up for it.

"The pillow is super soft that it feels nothing when sleep. Need medium pillow else very shallow. The bath tub is not so clean. All the service staffs frm security guard to the front desk are all good. Very polite and always put smile on their face. "
