I hosted a graduation dinner on 26th Feb. and my guests had to wait 2 hours (YES, 2 hours) for the starters to arrive. Then the main courses arrived one by one, not all together, and ladies were served last. How is this from a hotel claiming to be at the forefront of hospitality and even running a hospitality school."
