"Mycket hjälpsam och kundvänlig personal. Jag kom fram till hotellet kl 08:00 på morgonen efter nattbussresa från K Terengganu. Personalen satte igång omedelbart att göra i ordning ett rum och jag fick tidig incheckning utan extra betalt. Allmänt var personalen m generös.
Nackdelar: Begränsat utbud restauranger och bristande transportmöjligheter till centrum (personalen hjälpte mig med detta också - kostnadsfritt). Malaysia har inte samma tuk-tuk service som övriga länder i SO-asien.
