The restaurant and bar were lovely and the food so good. Some small criticisms were that the lamp and some of the plugs in the room didn't work. Also, breakfast was a strange experience. A weird lullaby was playing on repeat the whole time, and also no teaspoons were provided for my tea. The breakfast food was mediocre. The server seemed quite nervous. Other than that, I would absolutely recommend this hotel. The museum underneath was so interesting. "

We were traveling on Amtrak at Depew station, which is farther than the airport and the hotel shuttle doesn't include the Amtrak station.
