nice clean apartment close to everything.

Easy check in and great apartment for solo, couples or small family. Everything you need is in the apartment. Good WiFi as I work remotely. The place is clean and comfortable. Very close to all tourists sites. Walking distance to most everything.

Great place to stay. Very close to everything you need, apartment has all amenities. Good place for one or two people or even a small family. I will definitely stay here again when I am back in Budapest.

Convenient location and comfortable place

Once we got past the dated and homely decor, it was actually quite a convenient place to stay. Located close to the Astoria metro station, the apartment is handy to get to many places by walk and public transport. Hotels.com should give some additional landmarks to help new visitors easily locate the building complex that the apartment is in. Inside the apartment, the kitchen and living room had all the conveniences. The bedroom was also quite convenient except for the bed which was low, soft and sagging. Bed linen could be freshened up. Creaking floorboards made us walk carefully so people downstairs weren't disturbed and we were glad to be on the 5th floor. The bathroom is most in need of improvements. There needs to be a shower curtain or enclosure and a proper shower fixture to make it comfortable for people wanting to shower rather than use the bath. An extractor fan would be useful. The large dust bin should be removed to make room. Sink was draining slowly. Having a washing machine was very convenient and if washing soap was provided that would have been super helpful because it was not possible to buy a small quantity of washing soap. Overall a comfortable stay and value for money. With the above improvements and a freshening up of the decor with fresh paint, nice drapes and better couch coverings, the apartment could be even better.

Non andateci!!! Dopo un anno di lavoro arriva finalmente la meritata vacanza. Ci siamo rivolti alla nostra agenzia di fiducia e dopo un’accurata ricerca sulle strutture disponibili a Budapest, periodo agosto, abbiamo optato per un appartamento molto carino,con 2 camere da letto, arredo semplice ma non obsoleto, ottimo il bagno, insomma dalle foto risultava un buon appartamento carino e pulito. Appena arrivati ci raggiunge un giovane che in maniera fugace ci lascia le chiavi e immediatamente va via. La bruttissima sorpresa è stata quando siamo realmente entrati in possesso dell’appartamento. Le foto visionate dal sito erano vecchie ed ingannevoli. La casa era sporchissima, macchie sul pavimento, polvere dappertutto, mobili vecchi e malridotti, al secondo letto mancavano lenzuola e federe, materasso macchiato e sporco, un solo asciugamani per tutta la settimana, serranda con avvolgibile rotta, tendaggio pieno di polvere, A questo punto il nostro sogno di un intero anno si era affranto: volevamo tornare in Italia… ma a che costo!!! Spese aereo andata e ritorno già pagate, appartamento tutto saldato, a questo punto che fare? Allora abbiamo cercato di salvare la nostra vacanza. Ci siamo recati ad un supermercato e abbiamo acquistato detergenti vari, disinfettanti , lenzuola e federe. Dopo aver perso la prima giornata di vacanze tra acquisti dei prodotti e pulizia dell’appartamento credevamo che il tutto si poteva superare. Ma in serata quando siamo ritornati in appartamento abb

Great location, fantastic price.

Check-in was a little weird. We had to wait for the lady to come and let us in, but they kept in touch with us so it wasn’t too much of a hassle. The apartment is well appointed with good amenities and plenty of sleeping space. Only two issues were that the cold water tap didn’t work on the shower and that the walls were very thin so you could hear what next door were doing. That said the area is fantastic and the price was excellent.

Läget är fantastiskt men om man är känslig för oväsen är detta fel ställe, det ligger på en stor genomfartsgata och fönstren sluter inte tätt ordentligt så det blir väldigt bullrigt. I övrigt har lägenheten allt man behöver och gott om plats för en familj på 3-4 personer. Det finns t.o.m tvättmaskin om man skulle vilja tvätta.

konum harika ama daire vasat

daire sahibi ilgili gozukuyor, mail ile destek oluyor fakat varis saatimiz ile ilgili mutabık kalmamıza rağmen daireyi teslim etmeye geç geldi ve zaman kaybetmemize sebep oldu. Konumu gercekten cok iyi cok merkezi her yere yakin fakat daire konforlu degil, gonul rahatligi kalinabilecek temizlik yok.
