We had a great stay. The hotel is nice, modern, and clean. The TV was a smart TV, and it was so nice to be able to watch Netflix after traveling for a month. The mini fridge in the room had a few free welcome drinks. Overall, a great stay with small amenities that really improve quality of life.

We arrived early but were feeling unwell. The staff were very caring and got us into our room as soon as possible, storing our lulggage ulntil we could get a room. While we waited the lobby was very comfortable. The next day we enjoyed the lemonwater and Del Norta pastries very much!

The location it is fantastic, close for every attraction is close. the room is good, but in 4 day a was there the small refrigerator never work. I tell the concierge when just arrive never fix the problem. Really i think don't care to the guest.

There was a Dumpster in the way of opening the door to go to the other hotel. The reason this was a problem is because NO ONE was at our reserved hotel to check is on. My daughter and I were told, by another customer, that we had to haul all off our luggage to another hotel until ours opened. When we returned after check-in time we asked for our luggage and were told to check the door because it was left open quite often. It was ajar so we took our luggage. What a joke. The "Next To" is a joke.

Wir waren für 3 Nächte im Hotel und hatten unsere beiden Hunde dabei. Das Hotel ist sehr Tierlieb und es gibt alles was man sich wünscht. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, immer zuvorkommend und nie genervt. Um das Hotel herum gibt es viele kleine Supermärkte und Restaurant. In die direkte Innenstadt (Basilika etc.) ist man in wenigen Gehminuten. Wir würden das Hotel zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

hotel bien situé et personnel acceuillant

l'hotel est très bien situé nous avons tout fait a pieds. Le personnel est acceuillant et disponible. Nous n'avons pas pris le petit déjeuner a l'hotel mais a l'extérieur car nous trouvions le tarif un peu cher. L'hotel dispose du WIFI dans le hall de l'hotel ce qui est très appréciabe.Je recommande cet hotel dont les chambres sont spacieuses et au calme dans un quartier très bien situé pour toutes les visites de budapest.

Star Inn - In the Centrum with good service

We were pleasently surprised about the hotel, it was right at the Oktogon and the service was superb. We had a dog with us, and everything was sorted out easily. We paid for him when checking out and arranged so that the cleaning maids wouldn't come to the room before we left - because of the dog. The room was clean and very scandinavian in style, good internet connection (just with cable) and a nice tv. The hotel had a breakfest option for 9euros/person but we never tried it. There are few great cafes around the neighbourhood and excellent restaurants (Indigo, Wasabi, Noa). I would definately recommend Star Inn to anyone with or without pets, and will probably visit again. (Pets were 4euros/night and had no size restrictions).
