"I traveled from Florida to Norfolk arriving at 9:30 and I arrived at the hotel 10 minutes before my 4:00 check-in time. My room wasn't ready until 4:30. Once I checked out, I was billed for daily parking starting at $30 a day. My bill for parking was $95.81."
