"Nice hotel, the room was clean enough. We had the breakfast buffet, which was pretty good. The staff at the Noshery was phenomenal, front desk staff was awesome too. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Hotel was adequate but seemed like it needed a refresh. Room was ok. Comfy bed and quiet room. Breakfast was fair but under stocked with basic items. Checkin was quick and friendly front staff."

"This was by far my most disappointing Hilton stay. The room didn’t even look neat when we entered. We had to go seven floors down to get water. We stayed four nights and our room wasn’t even cleaned once. The beds were left unmade and what’s the worst is that the trash wasn’t even picked up from our room on any day. There was a random knock one day and a lady gave us water. Breakfast staff was very good but the food was below average for the pricing ($16) . The two stars is only for the breakfast staff. "

"Room was spacious but they placed us very far away from the elevator on the second floor and our view was of garbage and dumpsters. It was very loud. It was a Thursday evening and the hotel did not feel like it was at capacity so I feel like they could have given us a better room. I also felt like there were some spots in the room that could’ve been cleaner. I sometimes think when you book with Expedia( bc we got a good price) and not directly with the hotel, this happens but I could be wrong. Also, you couldn’t stream any apps on the TV which is disappointing for a hotel that labels itself as luxury. I will say all staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant and our server was wonderful and food was good. Drinks were better! I will probably look for other options next time I come to Cleveland."

"Used water bottle left in room from prior guest window side of bed. Obviously not vacuumed there or it would have been seen. "

"Horrible parking lot lighting, hot tub not working, no water for hours due to repairs, exterior littered with debris & trash. Ok for the price for a night but if your looking for comfortable,relaxing nights this is not the place"
